Welcome to Build Highlights! Here, we take a look at some of the coolest Jeeps, trucks, and 4x4s brought to our shops to get to the next level. Our technicians take pride in their work, and it reflects in how amazing these vehicles turn out!
ORW Las Vegas builds have all the glitz and glamor you can handle. Case in point is this 2022 Ford Ranger. The boys in Sin City gave it the works, including an ADV fiberglass kit for the front fenders and skirts, giving it a badass prerunner look. But those new fenders aren’t just for show; they’re backed up by a serious long-travel kit courtesy of Baja Kits and coilover shocks from King . It’s a radical suspension setup that’s sure to please.
Rounding out the upgrades are BF Goodrich KO2 tires, Method wheels, Baja Designs lighting, and ADD Offroad front and rear bumpers with a Ford Performance replacement grille. This is one Ford Ranger that will turn heads!
Next up, we jump down to SoCal and check in on ORW El Cajon . They got a blue 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 that went up a few notches! Technicians did the proper prep work to get it ready for a lift kit and tires by modifying the front fenders for clearance. This is the level of attention to detail and care that we pride ourselves on at all locations.
On to the good stuff—the Sierra received King 2.5 coilover shocks with external reservoirs, offering smoother suspension for harsh terrain. These got reinforced with Dirt King boxed uniball upper control arms, which offer optimized suspension geometry for bigger shocks, as well as greater durability compared to stock UCAs.
Last but not least, the truck’s footwear got a boost with 17-inch KMC Grenade wheels and 35-inch Toyo Open Country R/T Trail tires. In case that bright blue paint wasn’t enough, now it has more grip and more style really help it stand out from the crowd!
Our final stop takes us to ORW Mesa in sun-baked Arizona, where the guys got to tinkering on a 2023 Polaris RZR Pro R. These four-seater vehicles are insanely powerful and capable of going up mountains or blasting over dunes. Performance-wise, the customer was plenty happy with where it was at, and wanted accessories to round it out.
We took care of this with a Rugged Radios STX intercom system, designed specifically for the RZR Pro R. This system features stereo sound, and can work with smartphones to tune the equalizer for optimal sound performance. Additionally, we installed a set of Rigid Industries Reflect mirrors, offering better forward visibility. It’s controlled with a Switch Pros SP9100 switch panel, putting control right at the driver’s fingertips.
This UTV now has better communications ability, enhanced nighttime visibility, and improved controllability. It’s far better coming out of the shop than the way it came in!
