Q: How can I contact ORW?
A: Our customer service center can be contact via e-mail, by phone, or by fax. We are open Monday-Friday: 8am - 4:30pm PST. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. Payment & Ordering
Q: Do you accept ORW gift cards as a form of payment on the web?
A: At this time we do not accept ORW gift cards over the web, however we can accept them by placing orders over the phone with one of our customer service agents. Please contact us to use an ORW gift card as a form of payment or for any further questions about using ORW gift cards on the web.


Q: Do you ship C.O.D?
A: At this time we do not ship parts C.O.D. All goods and services must be paid for in full before parts are shipped to our customers.


Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept all major credit cards issued within the United States: Visa, Master Card, American Express, & Discover. We also accept money orders, personal/company checks, and bank wire transfer of funds. Please notify us before sending any wire transfers, money orders, or checks so we can begin to process you order and ensure proper amount and freight, and avoid any further delay in shipping your parts to you one payment is received.


Shipping & Delivery
Q: Can I have my order sent overnight or second day air?
A: We do ship orders overnight and second day air, however some orders do take 24 business hours to process before they ship. Most orders placed during regular ORW business hours for in stock items before 1:00 PST will ship the same day.


Q: Do you accept international orders?
A: All international orders must be placed over the phone and paid via bank wire transfer. We do not accept international credit cards/cards issued outside of the United States. Please contact us by phone or via e-mail for bank wire transfer information or any further questions on international orders. Most international orders are shipped via USPS, United States Postal Service.


Q: How do I know if an item is in stock or not?
A: You can contact us by phone or e-mail to verify if a particular item you are looking for is in stock or not. All e-mail questions will be answered within 24 business hours.


Q: How long does it take for an item not in stock to ship?
A: We dont have any control over the shipping times or delays of our vendors. Different vendors may have different procedures and lead times to process and ship orders. If an item is out of stock at ORW and the vendor, we again have no control of how long the item will be out of stock for or when it may ship. If you are in need of a part or item quickly please contact our customer service so we can verify stock before placing any orders over the web or by phone.


Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: Generally all orders for items in stock at ORW are processed and ship within 24-48 hrs, with the exclusion of weekends and holidays. In stock items are considered items that ship directly from any of our (3) ORW locations in San Diego, CA.


Q: What forms of shipping do you use?
A: We ship almost all orders via UPS. For that reason we cant ship any orders to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O. /F.P.O. boxes. Larger items that require being sent via truck freight or a freight carrier will be chosen by ORW at our discretion.


Sales Tax
Q: Will sales tax be charged to my order?
A: Sales tax will only be charged to orders being shipped within the state of California (CA). A sales tax of 7.75% will be charges on all goods sold. There is no sales tax on freight.


Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return an item that wasnt damaged or defective?
A: all returns must be accompanied by an original or copy of the receipt within 30 days. There are no refunds/credits after 30 days. Electrical items, tools, installed parts, and some special order items are non-refundable/non-returnable. All items returned are subject to a minimum 15% restock fee unless other arrangements were made at the time of purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless item was received damaged or defective, or an error was made on our part when processing your order. Please contact us for any further questions on non-returnable items.


Q: How do I return an item if I have received it damaged of defective?
A: If you have received an item that was damaged of defective ORW must be notified within 30 days of the date of the invoice/order date. Please contact us by phone or via e-mail for return address information and procedure.
