Off Road Warehouse offers Free Ground Shipping on thousands of in stock items over $99 to the lower 48 states. Items in our stock will state “free shipping”. Items that do not qualify will state “standard Rates Apply”. Expeditated Shipping, Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska or International locations are available on some items for the calculated shipping cost.

All foreign orders are required to pay shipping as well as customs duties. All Oversize and Truck Freight able Items are excluded from the free shipping as well as some specific Items like Winches, Wheels, Tires, Bumpers, Racks, Full Suspension lift kits and tire carriers.

Off Road Warehouse does offer Free in store pickup on all items purchased online. You will be contacted by your selected pickup location after you place your order to arrange a time to pick up. Please do not arrive at the store before hand as they will not have your order information immeditaly after purchase. Shipping by Off Road Warehouse is done through USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS. We will always ship the most cost-effective method unless requested otherwise.

We do our best to process all orders within 24 hours and if there are any delays for reason such as backorder or a delay from a manufacturer you will be contacted by a customer service representative. Please check junk folders as sometimes emails get misplaced. No processing or shipping happens on Saturday or Sunday. Any orders placed on the weekend will be processed and fulfilled on Monday or the next closest business day depending on holidays. You will be contacted by e-mail with the tracking number once the item(s) you have ordered ship.

The price of shipping is calculated at checkout but it may not always be accurate if that is the case a customer service representative will contact you to inform you of such a problem. Sometimes a shipping charge will be more because it is oversize or it may be less due to being able to package together as a single unit. Also overseas or out of country orders may have increased charges. Your order will be put on hold until the changes in shipping cost can be approved or disapproved.
