The manufacturer should make the plastic in the cutout sections a little thinner so that it's easier to control cutting tools - take your time, use pilot holes and cut smaller than needed and then trim slowly outwards until you reach the right size for your switches. On the first hole my cuts went a little wonky so the first switch doesn't fit snugly, the others cut perfectly once I learned how to best cut them - it just bothers me that I have to find a way to secure that first switch so that it stays in place. Also, I needed to do a little trimming around the edges to get everything to settle in nicely in the trim in the A-pillar, but I figured that would be the case with an aftermarket piece. Finish wise, it's pretty close to OEM, but not quite. It's not enough to trigger my OCD but it's noticeable.
