    Seems like a great cover except for one glaring fatal flaw. In the corners, at the tailgate, there are these little plastic tabs, that you can easily lift up with your fingers. When you do, you can see the latch mechanism. All a thief would have to do is jam a screwdriver in there, and they'd be able to pop the latch open in about 3 seconds. I returned it because I would have been worried if I ever put anything valuable in the truck bed. How can you call the cover 'secure' if you allow easy access to the latch mechanism? Was super disappointed as I used to own one of the older style BAK trifold covers, and it didn't have this flaw. I really hope they fix this flaw, as BAK was my favorite tonneau maker.

    The BAK X4 rolling cover is EXACTLY what I was looking for! First, it allows me to use my TRUCK...as a TRUCK. Large bulky items, Quad, bikes, even the ole Christmas Tree, can be put in the bed of the truck, just roll the cover up, and secure, done. Second, it helps keep all the prying eyes from criminal demoRats from stealing your items in the bed of the truck, and with no latches or locks to pry (as those criminals all carry prying tools) they can not get into the bed...the rolling cover locks via the tailgate. Awesome idea. Third, stops rain, snow, dust from getting on the items in your bed. Great product.

    This bedcover came with the one of the bed rails damaged causing the bed cover not to seat flushed as it is intended. The other issue with this bed cover is that it leaks. I was expecting a little water intrusion on the corners of the bed cover but not from the seems of the cover after a light rain.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    All returns must be accompanied by an original or copy of the receipt within 30 days. There are no refunds/credits after 30 days. Electrical items, tools, installed parts, and some special order items are non-refundable/non-returnable.

    All items returned are subject to a minimum 15% restock fee unless other arrangements were made at the time of purchase.

    Shipping charges will not be refunded unless item was received damaged or defective, or an error was made on our part when processing your order. Please contact us for any further questions on non-returnable items.

    In order to return any products you must contact our customer service at 1-800-341-7757 and obtain an RGA number and write it large and clear on the box being returned. Also care must be taken by you the customer to pack the returned merchandise carefully so that it does not get damaged when sent back to us. Off Road Warehouse is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipment back to us and the product will become non-returnable if it becomes damaged during the return shipment.

    DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

    Any customer that receives damaged or defective merchandise should contact Off Road Warehouse immediately and at the latest within 30 days of the Invoice/Purchase date.

    Off Road Warehouse does its best to make sure that all merchandise is free of defects and is shipped safely but accidents in shipping and transportation as well as manufacturing defects do happen. We will be happy to help you out and get you new merchandise as quickly as possible.
