Make sure you slide the supplied washer on the strut shaft very first thing before anything else goes on.You are made to think its a new top washer its not you must use your old top washer on top.Or you will end up doing the job all over again.I think Bilstien should be clearer on this.At least for my Nissan truck,

I bought my 2013 Xterra with 42,000 miles so I don't know how good factory shocks are when new. At 42,000 it hopped around more than I liked. At 70,000 miles it was obvious the shocks were weak and needed replacement. So I bought front (including recommended strut mounts) and rear Bilstein shocks and fixed the problem. Are they better than buying factory shocks? I don't know. But my vehicle absorbs bumps much better than it did at 42,000 miles.

Improved ride quality with easy installation

The hardest part for me when installing these was the lower shock bolt. Sprayed them with PB lube and after 24 hours they finally broke loose with the impact. After that removal was easy. I was a bit hesitant at first on compressing the springs myself after reading all the dire warnings but using a little common sense I didn't feel I was in any danger. I did also install a new strut plate and mounting kit since I had them apart. I think both these were less than $25 and felt it was good preventative maintenance. Noticed the difference in ride quality immediately. Definitely recommend them.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All returns must be accompanied by an original or copy of the receipt within 30 days. There are no refunds/credits after 30 days. Electrical items, tools, installed parts, and some special order items are non-refundable/non-returnable.

All items returned are subject to a minimum 15% restock fee unless other arrangements were made at the time of purchase.

Shipping charges will not be refunded unless item was received damaged or defective, or an error was made on our part when processing your order. Please contact us for any further questions on non-returnable items.

In order to return any products you must contact our customer service at 1-800-341-7757 and obtain an RGA number and write it large and clear on the box being returned. Also care must be taken by you the customer to pack the returned merchandise carefully so that it does not get damaged when sent back to us. Off Road Warehouse is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipment back to us and the product will become non-returnable if it becomes damaged during the return shipment.
