The MagnaFlow Overland Series Cat-Back Performance Exhaust System #19544 for the Lexus GX470 (2003-2009), GX460 (2010-2021) and Toyota 4Runner (2003-2009) adds MagnaFlows signature deep tone and dyno-proven performance to your overlanding rig. The weight optimized exhaust systems mandrel bent 2.5 tubing and single, straight-through muffler are designed to fit higher up in the undercarriage than the stock exhaust configuration. Combined with a single, high-clearance, no-tip, passenger-side exit, these features ensure improved ground clearance and utility. This MagnaFlow exhaust system was developed with versatility in mind in order to be seamlessly compatible with the most popular bolt-on aftermarket applications. Thanks to MagnaFlows No Drone Technology, exhaust kit #19544 is specifically engineered to bring out the natural character of your rigs motor while minimizing the natural droning frequencies created at cruising speeds. Installation was a breeze. Make sure you lube up the exhaust hangers to remove old and install new pipes. Fyi you may have to do a little custom bending on the last tailpipe piece to clear the axle and not rub the frame.

Installed on a 2008 lexus gx470, I built a mild overland rig for my wife but it was missing that nice exhaust note from the v8 that comes in these bad boys, the exhaust has a nice and mello rumble at idle and is opens up when you put your foot in it, cruzing at highway speeds you hardly notice it so you cabin is still nice and quiet, this really helps tho when offroad and crawling up obstacles, I can now hear the engine and not rely on looking at the RPM gauge to see what the engine is doing, its all about feel and sound when your exploring with the family and this definitely makes it more enjoyable, install took less then 30mins and all the tubes and welds are stainless steel and so is the muffler, for a cat back system this is one of the best bangs for your buck, sure you can have Joe Shmo at your local exhaust shop weld a muffler in for a couple hundred bucks and have no idea how long his welds will last or how the muffler will sound, avoid the hassle, FYI the exhaust note heard on the video in the description is pretty darn close to how it sounds on the car, the wife is happy and like they say ""happy spouse, happy house"".

Where it goes over the axle is tight. It's close to the heat shield and easily makes noise on bumps. It's also pretty loud at idle and around town. On the hwy it's quiet with no drone.

All returns must be accompanied by an original or copy of the receipt within 30 days. There are no refunds/credits after 30 days. Electrical items, tools, installed parts, and some special order items are non-refundable/non-returnable.

All items returned are subject to a minimum 15% restock fee unless other arrangements were made at the time of purchase.

In order to return any products you must contact our customer service at 1-800-341-7757 and obtain an RGA number and write it large and clear on the box being returned. Also care must be taken by you the customer to pack the returned merchandise carefully so that it does not get damaged when sent back to us. Off Road Warehouse is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipment back to us and the product will become non-returnable if it becomes damaged during the return shipment.
