Have it on my 2013 Raptor and it's eh, it doesn't actually help with your throttle response, all it does is ""advance"" your throttle position or ""retards"" it. Basically say you give it 1/4 throttle, it gives it more like 3/8 throttle, or you give it 10% throttle, it gives you 15%. the more sport option you choose the more throttle it's giving at less input. Great for when you are trying to get stupid offroad but not great for daily driving especially in eco mode, basically have to give it full throttle just to merge at a reasonable speed. This product is more just false advertising.
