Both boxes were opened when they arrived. An missing installation kit for one of the a shocks.

Always a 5 star option for me. Replaced my blown out shocks with these and plan to add a 2.5"" leveling kit in the future. My truck's handling has never been better

These are just awesome. The shock comes with hardware and pre-mounted boots, all you need to do is bolt it through the lower control arm, then push down to compress it from above and line it up with the top shock mount. Very easy. I put these on my 05 Tahoe with a 3"" front leveling kit, and the extension of these allowed me to ditch the shock extender bracket. The truck feels so much better. The dampening on these is exceptional.

I installed these on my 2008 chevy express van 1500 AWD with 3 "" lift kit and it rides so much better than the KYB excel Gs I had on there. Completely satisfied with these shocks!

Replaced the factory replacement b6 4600s witht these b8 5100s after I lifted and put oversized tires on my truck. The 4600s didn't like it very well. B8s ride far better than most in their price range, too.
