I keep these in my glove box for white out snow storms. I was able to use them and it makes a huge difference. I have squadron ditch lights I can pop these on or off. They feel durable and cast yellow light with my clear squadrons. Yellow light is a game changer in low light/wet conditions

The covers make a bid difference when using spotlights at night driving through the deep woods.
