It definitely takes the lag away you will get immediate response best and easiest install and product ever

I was about to return this PC because when I installed it and turn on truck I saw a bunch of codes and check engine light on dashboard. So I panic and put it original back. I still was getting 1 check engine light with original set up. After doing some research I found a ford raptor forum that talk about relearning the pedal by doing a quick pedal programming step on the raptor no tools needed. All I had to do is turn on Ignition with out turning on engine and slowly step on pedal all the way to floor and quickly release pedal and turn off ignition. Repeat this step 3 times and turn on truck and it was like nothing bad had happened. I didn't want to give up on because I seen some good reviews on 2nd gen raptor so I knew I had to work. I like the feeling of the truck no lag truck feels way lighter and more responsive. Gears seem to be more on point and quicker to downshift. Been using it for a fee days no issues yet.

Bluetooth does not connect to the Pedal Commander (PC) app on cellphone. Otherwise, the PC unit works great.

Have it on my 2013 Raptor and it's eh, it doesn't actually help with your throttle response, all it does is ""advance"" your throttle position or ""retards"" it. Basically say you give it 1/4 throttle, it gives it more like 3/8 throttle, or you give it 10% throttle, it gives you 15%. the more sport option you choose the more throttle it's giving at less input. Great for when you are trying to get stupid offroad but not great for daily driving especially in eco mode, basically have to give it full throttle just to merge at a reasonable speed. This product is more just false advertising.

I purchased from pedal commander directly. Install was a complete breeze. I loved how it changed the throttle response!! Similar to sport mode without the horrid shifts. Fast forward a year (after warranty of course). Driving down the interstate and the dash lights up and the ford phone app goes wild. Throws 10 error codes and puts the truck into “limp"" mode. Get the vehicle home and turned it off and let it sit. After an hour took it for a test drive, upon start up no lights. Accelerate on to the street and all the codes reappear again and back to limp mode. Did some research and apparently this is a known issue for the pedal commander and Raptors! Removed the pedal commander and no more service lights.I'm really disappointed as I loved it until it caused errors.Be careful if using this item on a Raptor, mine was a 2017 model.

Installing this was pretty straightforward and instructions (from the scanned QR Code) we're easy to follow.As for the item itself, WOW! It really gave my truck a throttle boost! It's automatically gonna be on City mode, but I shifted this to Sport+ to try it out and I definitely spun my Raptor's wheels, lol! And that was without even boosting it to +4.Definitely flirt around with the different modes and intensity settings to find what works for you best before you randomly select something on the road and accidentally hit someone, lol.HIGHLY recommend this product!Also, make one for the 2004-2008 trucks PLEASE!
