Installation of the brackets and the steps was a piece of cake. The wiring harnesses took the most time to route from the battery box down to each frame rail and to the drive motors. I have not installed the LED lights yet and debating whether to use some different ones. Wiring everything up was straight forward.

My wife is short but my truck isn't. If it was just me, I might get by without running boards but I do like having them. My wife really needs the running boards. These provide a low step for anyone without hindering clearance if you go off road. Since these are powered, installation is a bit more complex than normal running boards. Wiring has to be run to the engine compartment, under the dash and to the running boards. I ended up buying heat shield tape for the wires that had to be run through the engine compartment. That wasn't included but it seemed like a good idea since I was running it next to wires that also had heat shield tape on it. Your model may be different. So far these have functioned flawlessly.

No instructions on installing have to search the internet. Do understand why for th price you pay.

First of all, no instructions provided when I opened box. No biggie, downloaded from site. Second, no mounting screws (8) to install the brackets were included. I did however receive 12, 13MM nuts for who knows what that were not needed? Fortunately, I had some screws from the previous set of bars that were on the truck that I used to mount the brackets.Installation of the brackets and the steps was a piece of cake. AMP power steps are awesome. They perform just like advertised. Very heavy duty brackets. Installation was not to hard but drilling holes in pinch weld was a challenge even with new drill bits ( might need better bits) Only problem, no instructions in box for torque specs. Had to print off interweb. Overall good product so far only been a couple of weeks.will see what long term results are .

I am 6'1"" and my wife is 4'11"" these were mounted on a 2022 Chev HD 2500 4X4.Best money hands down I have spent! Easy to install and work perfect!

These are so cool tucked away for a clean look while driving and once you open the door led light comes on and step pops out smoothly

Easy install, took about 3 hours. Only odd thing is the wires for the OBD-11 connection. Purple wires when I would do black/white or color that is easy to differentiate.

It was easy to install but it does take up to 5 hours

I still give it a 5 star just have to grind of a lil bit on the brake line bracket on driver side kus if not one will be all the way up and the other one has a gap
